GLES: Heavy Duty Emergency Stop Switch
IDEM’s Standard Duty Emergency Stop Switches are designed to provide robust Emergency Stop protection for exposed conveyors or machines.
3 pole contact blocks provide positively operated switch contacts.
FEATURING:
- Plastic bodies (IP67) or Stainless Steel 316 (IP69K).
- Conformance to ISO13850, IEC60947-5-1 and IEC60947-5-5.
- Designed with a special lid safety trip mechanism means that the safety contacts will open if the lid is removed from the Emergency Stop Switch adding an extra level of protection.
- Button protection shroud version available with padlock holes for “Lock Off” in maintenance situations.
ES-P & ES-SS (3 pole): Standard Duty E Stop

ESL-SS (4 pole & ATEX): Standard Duty E Stop
IDEM’s Standard Duty Emergency Stop Switches have been manufactured and designed to provide robust Emergency Stop protection for exposed conveyors or machines.
Stainless Steel 316 housings (IP69K rated), allowing high pressure hosing with detergent at 80C and 100psi.
Conformance to ISO13850, IEC60947-5-1 and IEC60947-5-5.
An added design feature is the special lid safety trip mechanism that makes the safety contacts open if the lid is removed.
A button protection shroud version fitted with Padlock Holes for “Lock Off” during maintenance is also available for extra safety protection.
Available with optional 2 colour LED indication.
